EVA Resin
Greenflex® ML 50 F is a high-performance ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer developed by Versalis, ideal for producing foamed and crosslinked sheets used in shoes, offering superior softness and durability. It features excellent processability through injection molding and extrusion, a Shore A hardness of 89—perfect for midsoles and cushioning—high flexibility with a brittleness temperature below -80°C, and is foamable and crosslinkable for customized comfort. Additionally, it complies with food contact regulations in the EU and other regions.
DCP (Dicumyl Peroxide)
Sundow’s SUNDOX™ DCP is a highly efficient cross-linking agent used in EVA foams for footwear, ensuring the necessary structural stability and resilience in foamed materials. It offers high purity (≥99%) and active oxygen content (5.8%), reliable cross-linking performance for EVA, PE, and foam sheets, and supports durable bonding with strong thermal resistance. With a melting point of ≥39°C, it also provides excellent storage stability.
Blowing Agent
WELLCELL™ ADC PF-K is a leading chemical blowing agent used to create uniform foam structures in EVA materials, helping to control the expansion, texture, and density of the foam. It offers a high gas yield of 220 ml/g, fine particle size (8–12 μm) with excellent dispersibility, a decomposition temperature of 200–215°C, and a non-toxic, low-dust formulation. This agent is both cost-effective and delivers consistent quality.
